A. Video and Biometric Data: To provide swing analysis, SwingMax processes videos of your golf swing using Apple’s Vision Framework. This identifies joint positions (such as shoulders, hips, and wrists) to calculate specific swing metrics and scores.

B. User Profile: We collect information including your name, age, and skill level to personalize your AI coaching advice, drills, and progress tracking.

2. Video Privacy

Your raw swing videos are processed locally on your device. We do not store your raw video files on our private servers. Videos and analysis data may be stored in your personal Apple iCloud account if you have enabled cloud syncing.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Superwall and Apple StoreKit for subscription management and payment processing. If advanced AI coaching features are used, anonymized swing metrics (not raw video) may be processed by OpenAI to generate personalized technical advice. These third parties have their own respective privacy policies.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Since your data is tied to your Apple ID, your information is protected by Apple’s high-level encryption and security protocols.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your swing history or your entire account at any time within the app settings. You can also revoke camera permissions in your iOS System Settings at any time, though this will disable the swing analysis features.
